Couple of day’s back I decided to watch the movie Happy New Year featuring Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone as the lead. Honestly speaking the star cast was good, the plot was fine but something that completely changed the aura of the hall was SRK’s presence. In a place like Delhi, people leave the multiplex the moment they feel their time is getting wasted, however big the star cast is or however good the locations are. But people were tightly glued to the seats the moment SRK made an entry into the plot.
I might sound like some teenager who is a great fan of SRK but no, I am in my forties and I have been a movie lover when icons like Dilip Kumar, Rajesh Khanna, Amitabh Bachchan and Manoj Kumar ruled the silver screen. I am talking about the aura or the vibrations that a person gives out. Shah Rukh Khan carries immense energy around him which I call (CHI) or energy.
KING KHAN controls the chi or energy around him: SRK is ambitious, forward-thinking, and practical. These are the characters of wood in the –5 metal theory of Feng Shui.
As we all know, SRK was not born with a silver spoon. He grew up in Rajendra Nagar neighbourhood of Delhi. Although his father had several business ventures including a restaurant, the family was often living in near poverty in a rented apartment. Today this person is referred to in the media as “Baadshah of Bollywood, “King of Bollywood” or “King Khan”. He has appeared in over 80 Hindi films in genres including romance, action and comedy. His work in Bollywood has earned him numerous accolades, including fourteen Filmfare Awards from thirty nominations. For his contribution to film, the Government of India honoured him with the Padma Shri in 2005, and the Government of France has awarded him both the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres and the Légion d’honneur.
This is the benefit of single minded determination which SRK portrays. This is one of the most important tool of Feng shui. To be focused and have single minded approach.
To give more than you get: this is good feng shui or good karma: Shahrukh has been involved in philanthropic endeavours related to health care, relief funds, and children’s education. He is the first and the only Indian to receive the Pyramide con Marni award for his charitable work by UNESCO. He was awarded with this prestigious award in Germany.
Align yourself with a cause. It’s good feng shui and it’s good karma.
He knows the influence of colour: Be it award night, brand endorsements or movie premiers, you can spot SRK in a well tailored, elegant and aristocratic black, navy blue or brown outfits. He is rarely casually dressed and this speaks a lot about his personality. Even on comedy shows you can spot him in one of his best suits. A colourful t-shirt and a different colour jeans divers the energies whereas single colour generates strong energies around the person.
What’s more? Yepme.com, India’s biggest online fashion brand has roped in superstar Shah Rukh Khan as its brand ambassador. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Co-founder and COO, Yepme.com, feels SRK is the King of hearts, is extremely hardworking and well read and carries himself with a sense of style that is a class apart. His style is effortless and casual and that is why we wanted none other than SRK for our brand.
Try wearing clothes one day that are completely blue or orange and see how it affects your outlook and your luck.
To reinvent yourself constantly is the key word in feng shui:
Khan is currently co-chairman of the motion picture production company Red Chillies Entertainment and its subsidiaries, and is a co-owner of the Indian Premier League cricket team Kolkata Knight Riders. In 2007, he made his debut as a television presenter with the Star Plus game show Kaun Banega Crorepati. Media often label him “Brand SRK” because of his brand endorsement and entrepreneurship ventures.
Take a bold step, take a trip or a class you would never imagine doing. You can reinvent yourself. SRK does it almost daily, you can also do it once or twice.
